We process account details, programme settings, training records, support messages and optional nutrition or body-measurement data to provide ISOTONE. Stripe processes payment information; ISOTONE does not store complete card details.

Why we use it

Information is used to authenticate accounts, deliver purchased access, save progress, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Storage and access

Access is restricted to the account owner and authorised service providers. Exercise videos are delivered through temporary protected links. We keep information only as long as reasonably required for the service and legal obligations.
