A strength system. Not random workouts.

Stop training
in circles.

ISOTONE combines controlled statodynamic work with dynamic strength practice — inside one precise cycle that tells you what to do, how hard to work and when to progress.

The real problem

Effort isn’t the problem.
Randomness is.

You can work hard for months and still look the same when load, fatigue and progression are disconnected. ISOTONE turns every session into part of one repeatable system.

01

You train hard.
You don’t know what changed.

Your weights, RM, completed sets and recovery are recorded so the next decision comes from evidence — not memory.

ISOTONE FIXES THIS
02

Every week feels
exactly the same.

Controlled tension builds capacity. Dynamic weeks convert it into faster, heavier, technically clean strength.

THE CYCLE CREATES CHANGE
03

Your plan disappears
when energy drops.

Clear rules help you adjust sets, stop on technique loss and finish with energy in reserve — without abandoning the plan.

STRUCTURE BEATS MOTIVATION
The ISOTONE cycle

Four weeks.
Two stimuli.
One direction.

The method alternates two distinct training modes instead of forcing the same stimulus forever. Each phase has a clear purpose, loading rule and stopping point.

Weeks 01–02
Statodynamic

Continuous muscular tension, controlled tempo and short work intervals. Build quality volume without chasing failure.

  • 2s concentric / 3s eccentric
  • 30s / 15s / 10s work sequence
  • Add a fourth part only when ready
  • Technique ends the set
CONTROL
Weeks 03–04
Dynamic

Progressive warm-up, explosive intent and technically safe full range. Express strength without inertia or cheating.

  • Build to the top set
  • 90% top set / 80% main sets
  • Stop before speed breaks down

Richard Harmer
“Farhat’s approach to gym workouts is meticulous and highly effective. He uses a science-based methodology that is easy to track, so you can push further and get better results while ensuring sufficient recovery. He also built the programme around my injuries without aggravating them. Highly recommended.”

“Training with Farhat is a pleasure if you like results. His focus and attention to detail have improved my technique and posture no end. I am regularly setting new personal bests and I am now much stronger than when I started.”

“Looking back to March when I started with you, I’m a totally different person. I used to be out of breath just walking; now I can walk 2 km and want to do more. I used to have trouble putting on my socks — no problem now. I can never thank you enough.”

“I still can’t believe the difference proper technique makes to both the weight I can lift and how the exercise feels. Can’t wait for next week.”

Questions, answered

Before you start.

01Is ISOTONE suitable for beginners?+

Yes. Beginners start with the statodynamic foundation to learn stable technique and controlled tension. Dynamic heavy work can be introduced later when the base is ready.

02How long does each workout take?+

Most sessions are designed to fit inside 30–60 minutes. The goal is focused work, not spending half the day in the gym.

03What if I do not know my RM?+

The app includes an RM estimator. You can start with a moderate working weight you can control for about 30 seconds, then refine the estimate from real performance.

04Can I change exercises and training days?+

Yes. You can replace exercises, edit muscle-group labels, change a training day into a recovery day and reorder days without losing saved RM history.

05Do I need to train to failure?+

No. Technical quality is the stopping rule. Most training sessions should finish with roughly 10–30% of usable energy still in reserve.

06Does it include nutrition tracking?+

Yes. You can calculate a calorie target, log food by grams and track body weight, body composition and circumferences alongside training.

07Which access option is the best value?+

The 12-month Founding Release is £79 — equivalent to £6.58 per month and 67% less than buying monthly access for a year.

08Do the access passes renew automatically?+

No. The 1-month, 3-month and 12-month options are one-time payments. When your access period ends, you decide whether to purchase access again.

09What happens when the Founding Release ends?+

The limited £79 offer closes and the standard 12-month price becomes £149.
